Now you can connect live with a CAA Associate to answer your questions, get product information and recommendations, and even complete your purchase for you so all you have to do is pickup curbside at a store!  Follow the instructions below to start chatting with us.
Associates are available to assist you live*:
Monday - Friday: 10am - 5pm, Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm
Saturday and Sunday:  10am - 4pm
(*excluding holiday hours December 24 & 31 and store closures December 25 & January 1)

3 easy steps to get started:

Step 1.
Locate the blue CAA Chat icon on any page on shop.caamanitoba.com. 

Step 2.
Enter your question in the CAA Chat bubble OR click on the icon to open up a chat session and enter your question.

Step 3.
A CAA Associate will be there to assist you! 


3 ways to chat live with CAA Chat:

1. Text with us - enter your question in the CAA Chat chat window and we will respond back to you via text.
 
 

2. Use CAA Chat to tell a CAA Associate you would like to connect via a phone call and they will call you! (Please note that your desktop computer must be enabled with a microphone and speakers)

3. Use CAA Chat to tell a CAA Associate that you'd like to connect via video call and they will start one with you! (You do not need to have a camera for this)

What is CAA Chat?

CAA Chat is your easy access to a live CAA Associate who can answer almost any question about your Membership and our store merchandise. All of this can be done from your device and without leaving the safety and comfort of your home.

Who can use CAA Chat?

You don’t have to be a CAA Member to use this service. Anyone who is interested in shopping at our CAA Stores is eligible to chat with our CAA Associates.

What can I do on CAA Chat?

Our CAA Associates can help with Membership and merchandise questions Membership including assisting you to in the set-up of your CAA online account, plus they can handle your merchandise questions including checking on product availability, comparing product features, demonstrating how the product works and completing the sales transaction.

Our live CAA Associates can access information for all of your Membership services and for CAA Merchandise. If you require information on other CAA products and services such as Roadside Assistance, home and property insurance, Travel and Travel insurance, contact us at 1-800-222-4357.

When can I use CAA Chat?

Our associates can provide real-time support during regular business hours (Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.). We have recently expanded this service to handle the holiday rush. You can now reach a CAA Associate on Sundays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. until December 20, 2020. If you are shopping during non-business hours, you can leave a message in the chat box and one of our Associates will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I start a CAA Chat?

Just click on the blue chat button located on the bottom right hand side of the caamanitoba.com/shop page to connect live with one of our CAA Associates. You can decide how you want to interact – chat, telephone call or video call.
