Unbleached flour made of hard red spring wheat from Quebec (Niacin, reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate), sugar, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sodium bicarbonate, salt

You will need:

4 tbsp cold unsalted butter or non-dairy alternative, cut into small cubes

1½ cups cold buttermilk or milk alternative

2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
