Do I need an online account?

In order to place an online order on shop.caamanitoba.com, you must have an online account.

Creating an online account is EASY! With an online account, you'll enjoy faster checkout by allowing you to save your shipping and billing addresses AND you'll also be able to view your order history and access your order tracking information.

Please note that if you are a CAA Member, your shop.caamanitoba.com account is separate from the one you may already have on caamanitoba.com.

How do I sign in to my online account?

In order to sign in to your online account on shop.caamanitoba.com, you'll need to use the email address and password you used to create your online account. You can sign in here.

I forgot my account password - what do I do?

Forgot your password? That's okay - it happens!

Simply go to the account sign in page here and click on the "Forgot your password?" link. You'll receive an email that will allow you to reset your password yourself.

What is CAA Member Pricing?

As one of many perks, CAA Members in good standing (CAA Membership dues paid in full by membership expiry date) receive discounted pricing when purchasing regular price items online and in our retail locations. The discount level varies based on CAA Membership type.

  • Classic Membership
    As a Classic Member, you’ll receive a discounted price on merchandise. The level of discount may vary based on the product.
  • Plus Membership
    Plus Members receive an additional 5% off the Classic Membership discount on merchandise.
  • Premier Membership
    Premier Members receive an additional 10% off the Classic Membership discount on merchandise.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $25.00. Orders under $25.00 will be automatically charged a flat $10.00 fee.

*All shipments are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and depend on origin and destination and other factors. Actual delivery times may vary, other terms and conditions apply. For details, visit canadapost.ca.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within the province of Manitoba and the territory of Nunavut, Canada. Due to CAA Manitoba's agreements with other CAA clubs, we cannot sell items on this site to customers outside of Manitoba and Nunavut.

Can I ship my order to a CAA store to pick up there?

Yes, you can ship your order to any Manitoba CAA Store for convenient and secure pick up.

Simply select the "Ship to Store" option at checkout and follow the steps to choose your desired CAA store location. When your order arrives in store, we will contact you to let you know it's ready for pickup (please note that Ship to Store orders will not include a Canada Post tracking number). Orders not collected from stores within 45 days will be processed as a return and a refund will be automatically processed in the original form of payment.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Estimated delivery for orders shipped via Expedited Parcel within Manitoba is 2-3 business days from the day the order was completed and does not include order processing time. Orders destined to Nunavut, as well as to rural and remote locations within Manitoba may require additional delivery time. Delivery time estimates do not include weekends or statuatory holidays. During periods of high volume or service disruption at Canada Post, shipping times may be longer than the advertised delivery timeline or temporarily interrupted. In cases such as these, any delivery delays experienced are the responsibilty of Canada Post.

How do I track my order?

Once your online order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a Canada Post tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number to be linked to Canada Post's website that will allow you to track your package to its final destination. For easy access to your tracking number, we encourage customers to hold onto the shipping confirmation email you receive from us.

What is your return policy?

We are committed to providing excellent customer service at every opportunity. We want you to love your CAA purchase, whether you purchased from a CAA Store or online.

Should you wish to return or exchange an item you've purchased, please note the following:

  • Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 90 days for Members and within 30 days for non-Members from the date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt or original online invoice.
  • Without an original receipt or invoice, eligible product will be refunded based on the lowest price offered on that item within the preceding 90 days. Refunds will be offered in the form of a CAA gift card, which can be used at any CAA Store in Manitoba. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.
  • Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging with original tags still attached.
  • Merchandise showing signs of any manufacturer's defect will be repaired, exchanged or refunded in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Undergarments
  • Socks
  • Leggings
  • Hygiene products
  • Travel pillows
  • Slippers
  • Face masks
  • Other items as noted on your receipt/online invoice
How do I return something I've purchased?

Returns in Store

Purchases made in store or online can be returned to any CAA Store within 90 days for members and within 30 days for non-Members when accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

Returns by Mail

Online purchases can be returned (excluding shipping charges) or exchanged by mail to the CAA warehouse when accompanied by the original invoice and received within 90 days of purchase for Members and 30 days of purchase for non–Members.

Prior to shipping a return from an online purchase back to CAA Manitoba, please:

  • initiate the return process by emailing us at: orders@caamanitoba.com
  • if you are returning a portion of an order, make a copy of your original invoice to keep for your records should you need to exchange/return any remaining items

Shipping charges associated with refunds are at the purchaser's expense and will not be refunded. Items returned by mail are the responsibility of the shipper until received by CAA Manitoba, so we strongly encourage customers to use a trackable shipping option to ship your return back to us. We are not responsible for shipping delays or for any damage to goods caused by the carrier. Please ensure your customer and billing address information is included in order for us to properly process your return.

Returns by mail will have the refunds processed in the same form of payment and card as the original purchase. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for all return or exchange transactions. Please allow 4-6 business days for refund processing.

How do you handle warranties?

Manufacturers' Warranties

If your merchandise has a manufacturer's defect, please call our customer service team at 204-262-6154 or visit your nearest CAA Store. A receipt or order number will be required for a refund.

Without a receipt, product will be refunded based on the lowest price the item was offered for sale within the 90 days preceding the return. Refunds will be applied to a CAA merchandise credit. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.


Airline Damage

Luggage damages caused by airline carriers are not covered under most manufacturers' warranty. It is recommended that damages be reported to a carrier representative prior to leaving the airport. Request a copy of the report to be attached to the warranty claim. The purchase of baggage insurance prior to your travel is also recommended.

On shop.caamanitoba.com we currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

At this time, Members are not able to use CAA gift cards or CAA Dollars® as forms of payment for online orders.*

There was a recall on the Visibly Clean Hand Sanitizer. Can I return it for refund?

Health Canada put out a recall on Visibly Clean Hand Sanitizer because it was not approved for sale in Canada. It was not recalled for any safety reasons. You can bring any opened or unopened product that you have and return it for a refund or replacement with new product.

To earn and redeem CAA Dollars, you must be a current CAA Member in good standing (CAA Membership dues paid in full by membership expiry date).
