Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 before taxes. Orders under $50.00 will be automatically charged a flat $10.00 fee. Shipping is available using Expedited Parcel service from UPS only (usually delivers in 2-3 business days from date of shipping*).
Shipping Restrictions
Currently we only ship within the province of Manitoba and the territory of Nunavut, Canada. Due to CAA Manitoba's agreements with other CAA clubs, we cannot sell items on this site to customers outside of Manitoba and Nunavut.
Ship to Store
Ship your order to any Manitoba CAA Store for convenient and secure pick up. Simply select the "Ship to Store" option at checkout and follow the steps to choose your desired CAA store location. When your order arrives in store, we will contact you to let you know it's ready for pickup (please note that Ship to Store orders will not include a UPS tracking number). Orders not collected from stores within 30 days will be processed as a return and a refund will be automatically processed in the original form of payment.
Shipping Timelines
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Estimated delivery for orders shipped via Expedited Parcel within Manitoba is 2-3 business days from the day the order was completed and does not include order processing time. Orders destined to Nunavut, as well as to rural and remote locations within Manitoba may require additional delivery time. Delivery time estimates do not include weekends or statutory holidays. During periods of high volume or service disruption at UPS, shipping times may be longer than the advertised delivery timeline or temporarily interrupted. In cases such as these, any delivery delays experienced are the responsibility of UPS.
Tracking Your Order
Once your online order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a UPS tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number to be linked to UPS's website that will allow you to track your package to its final destination. For easy access to your tracking number, we encourage customers to hold onto the shipping confirmation email you receive from us.
All orders of $$250 or more will require a signature on delivery. Due to UPS's policy, this may require the parcel to be picked up from your nearest Post Office.
