Maison Zoe Ford Billionaire Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

It took us over a year to perfect this chocolate-loaded-bakery-quality cookie. Abundance of chocolate and perfect texture is our signature and Zoe would agree!

The perfect crunch vs. chewiness, the right size, cookie to chocolate ratio, buttery, just sweet enough and so so so easy to make for cookie perfection EVERY time!

Makes 8 cookies

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), Unbleached flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folate), Sugars (brown sugar, sugar), Sodium bicarbonate, Salt, Monocalcium phosphate. Sachet: Sugars (brown sugar, sugar). May contain dairy. 

You will need:

5 tbsp butter

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla
