Prairieknotco is a Saskatoon-based textile company founded by artist and maker, Jan Foth. Jan is a semi-retired nurse who enjoys dreaming up new creations on her sewing machine or spending time with her 9 (and counting!) grandchildren. Jan's rope baskets are created from 100% cotton rope which she orders in large quantities. This rope is hand-dyed with predominately natural organic dyes, resulting in rope baskets that come in a variety of unique colours. Jan is thrilled to be able to offer Prairieknotco products through local markets, vendors and now online!
